My 2002 E320 (87,000 miles) has starting making a noise that sounds just like a front wheel bearing. I can also feel a very slight, high frequency vibration in the steering wheel that wasn't there before.

I replaced both wheel bearings and I still have the "wheel bearing" sound - "whoop....whoop....whoop" at low speeds a "roaring" sound at highway speeds. In times past on other vehicles, wheel bearing replacement has eliminated this noise. What else should I be looking for?
