w140 600 A/C and Ventilation Problems

Hello to everybody!
The info is:
We have a '94 w140 600 V12 Lorinser
The problems: the A/C compressor is not starting, the 2 front cooling fans remain turned on at all time at maximum speed.
- the problem seems to be in the climate control unit and/or in the computer

Did anyone have these problems
