rear main seal - 560 sel

I will be replacing my tranny and was wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the rear main seal ( leaking or not) while the tranny is off. anything else that I should go ahead and replace/update while the tranny is off the car?
car has 215K miles on it.

thx,

I would replace it while you're there. The added heat from the crossover pipe/catalyst proximity frequently makes these leak. I am surprised that yours isn't leaking. Mark
