AC / HEAT Woes

AC / HEAT Woes

My AC and Heater both work okay.
The problem is that when I have the AC on and then try to turn the wheel to adjust the air temp...It goes to FULL BLAST HEAT! No middle ground here. I either can have full ColdMiser or HeatMiser.
Please help...
