i have just bought a 1991 300ce 24 which is my first mb, the transmission was gone and is sitting in the trunk in pieces, it is a 5spd and i am wondering what other makes models trannys will fit this car and and does it have to be a 5sp again, also the car's manual is all in japenese as well as on the bottom of the console is japenese if this makes any differnce??any help would be greatly appreciated
