Question Belt tensioner on a 87 300E

How much should I fairly pay to get the tensioner and belt replaced?

on an 85 190E 2.3, my guy charged me two hours of labor plus parts (the tensioner was expensive, he charged me list price, $242).

Belt tentioner

2 hours labor is a fair price and the list price is what I have to pay so why shouldn't anyone else. I think you were treated fair.
