94 E 320 O2 sensor location
MB told me the check engine light was on because I needed an O2 sensor and would be 340 dollars to replace it. Where is this located? Thanks

There are several O2 sensors, do you happen to have the Codes from the dealer? That would point to the bad sensor. If your considering changing it yourself, the sensor itself only cost around 50 bucks but requires a spark plug boot removal tool that you can pick up for around 20 bucks.

Upshift delay code is 26--has nothing to do with O2 sensor. Upshift fault can be caused by something as simple as a leaking vac line--might want to check that first before spending money on replacement upshift delay actuator. (By the way, many owners disable the the upshift delay system as it is considered a bit of a nuisance.....)

I replaced my in in the summer its a 95 E320 and you can find it by taking out the floor mat on passanger side in front and you will see a blue thick wire this were you disconnect it, leading in the tunnel . I used an adjustable wrench there was no room for O2 socket. I paid around $120 bosch. Hope this helps.
