New Air Conditioning Unit
Dear Friends,
I have a 1981 W123 240 TD Station Wagon. The AC unit needs to be replaced with a brand new Unit. Please advice the configurations and source to procure the unit. The photograph of the vehicle is attached. Regards Sidharth Singh

What is your exact question???? There is a lot of components within the A/C system.

There are 2 compressor types, depending on the engine serial number. Both compressors are still listed as available through US dealer sources, so Internet parts vendors like Peach Parts should have no trouble filling your order. An alternate source is the MBUSA Classic Center in Irvine, Calif. With your MBCA membership, you'll get a 15% discount, that makes it fairly competitive with I-net vendors.
