98' W210 E320 V6 ENGINE fit a W124 300E 4 Speed Auto Trans?

As title says will the E320 V6 engine couple up to the W124 M103 4 Speed auto? There is 1 over here @ moment with low k's I'm interested in as I am looking @ rebuilding the M103 if needs be. I am pretty much committed to rebuilding the W124 trans that's all

Or even will the V6 engine with matching V6 transmission couple up to the W124 tail shaft? Is it a viable swap?

Your help very much appreciated

P.S. Feel stupid asking this as I know even the 300SE engine has different mounts & trans lines. Although you just swap these over. I would really like to score a 24V engine if I could. It's just there is this V6 engine & also a trans to suit from another seller down here. Engine has only 80k's (50k miles) on it.

Sorry if this seems a pathetic Q guys!

The M112 engine will NOT bolt up to the M102/103/104 bellhousing.

To use a M112 engine OR trans in any earlier car...you would need computers to operate the fuel system AND/OR the trans system.

Thankyou for that. The car has had it's CAI removed & is now managed via a timing computer fed by LPG. This was the only reason I was asking. The car can is basically a Frankenstein build from here on. Just wanted to know my options from here now the engine & box were trashed by previous owner.

Thanks again
