No. MB did not print any 'repair' manuals for the 1999 E Class. They did produce a DVD which had all the WIS procedures, TSB and other docs. It is no longer available new. Originally, it was about $150. CD's of various quality show up on eBay. Most posters report being disappointed.

For routine maintenance, sites like this can help you if you have basic mechanical skills and are motivated. Just search for a DIY on the subject you're interested in.

Some other alternatives are: 1) join alldatadiy_dot_com which is about $125/year or 2) join startekinfo_dot_com which is the official MB tech site and is about $19 for a one day subscription then download like mad.

Good luck.

Nobody? I am surprised at that. Not a down load fan would like the real thing either paper or plastic.

It's the 21st century now, and 1999 was pretty close.

It's all electronic now, but you're welcome to print.
