Front lower control arm bushings, rear flex disc and Idler arm replacements

Going to have this done soon but while my 81 300D is up on the rack, should I go ahead and have anything else be replaced?

Depending on the condition of the front flex disc consider replacing it.

my mechanic is under there......don't want to look forward to paying the same labor charges again if he can replace whatever he may need to change out in a year or two down the road whiles hes working under there. thanks
