Need help both auxiliary fans are on all time

On my 119 1997 S500, both auxiliary fans are turning on around 87 degrees and staying on regardless if the air-conditioning is on or off.

Any thoughts about what maybe happening?

Oscar

That should not happen until the engine reaches 100C+.

Control module for fan is located at the bottom of the radiator ON the drivers side.

Also the 2 prong sensor on the intake may be bad.
