Relearning a new ETA

I am changing out my ETA tomorrow. BBA Remanufacturing had sent a "learning" method last year but I've lost it. As I remember it went something like this:
1) Turn on ignition and wait for the ETA drive motor to stop.
2) Start engine.
3) Drive car for at least 45 minutes at varying speeds.
4) Return car to your garage and let idle for 20 minutes.

Does this sound right to you?
Thanks,
Anziani
