Where is the interior lighting fuse?

The interior instrument lights stopped working in my C124.
The air con lights, power window button lights, instrument cluster lights etc do not go on with the driving lights.

Where is the fuse?

Thanks

Ok, so all the fuses are fine.
And it turns out that my instrument cluster lights etc were not working because of the dimmer switch. I moved the dimmer switch around and they started working.

Does this mean my dimmer switch is broken? Can it be replaced?

Your dimmer switch is probably just dirty. Radio shack ect can provide a can of spray contact cleaner. Dont forget to shield your car from overspray.

Actually what is weird is that I accidentally touched some of the metal shielding on the alternator and there were some sparks and only after this did the interior lights not work. Until of course I fiddled with the dimmer switch

i have the same isue on my 89 300ce,i turned my lights on the othernight, there was no interior lights,i had just reset the trip odometer, then i wiggled the dimmer switch, andthe lights came on,i agree with the others the contacts are dirty, however i dont know if it just pulls out to clean,or if you need to remove the dash, goodluck. i believe on my car it is fuse number 9 underhood on drivers side next to brake power booster.
