Talking Vacuum 1991 190E fresh air vent

I changed out the pod for fresh air system, i had to remove three lines green/wht gr/yl and gr/bl I failed to take pics now I have trouble. first I was getting a/c and heat at the same time, re open the system found one vacuum line fell off, fixed that, but when i push the heater button i get a/c. I have slight heat if i do not push the button in, I also get very little movement from the vent flapper. I am not sure of the hose conection to the pods. not sure of the vacuum juntion block eather, that is as to its working condition. yet I tend to think it is ok because untill the pod rubber failed every thing worked fine. Any one who can shed some light please do, thanks.

Here are the vent Pod Diagrams I used for my '91 300E. Not sure if they are the same but likely.
