Plugs fouling out
Can anyone explain why sparkplugs foul out in cold weather. I know the fuel is fouling them out but is there a fix for this. The car runs perfect other than the problem it has with the sparkplugs.

Could it be that the fuel systems enrichment system runs longer in cold weather or that for some reason it's not tapering off as soon as it should, thereby providing an excessive rich mixture for far too long? My 2 cents.
