Question of terms / w201 2.6 gas
My mechanic did some work on my 91 190e 2.6 and said that the EHV unit is not drawing enough current . Is this called a Idle stabilizer also? Looked on the Bosch website and no soap on an EHV?
Or is it the hydroelectric actuator? What physical characteristics are associated with the HEA's failure on the car? He said it was the unit on the fuel distributor, facing the firewall ...any info would help.. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ps. the OCD is beginning to kick in about now! Happy Thanksgiving All .......... Last edited by css190e; 11-24-2010 at 05:59 AM. Reason: incomplete info |
