replacing driver side window glass?

1987 260E 2.6L

Well some thief decided to help himself to my cd collection in the car. So he smashed the driver side windows in. What a mess on the seats and floor. Took me well over and hour to clean up.

Now I need to find a replacement glass, they are available at the junk yard. But the hard part is how to replace it. I know you have to take the door panel trimming out (that's the stuffs on the inner side of the door). A quick look doesn't reveal any bolts or screws that can be dismantled.

Can someone give me a quick run down on how to go about removing the stuffs inside so I can get to the windows regulator arm where the glass is attached to? Thanks a lot.
