M111 PCV change

The PCV Valve...on the '02 C230K with the M111 appears to be somewhere under the Intake Manifold. Was tough to find the part in the EPC as it was listed as "Check Valve" in the Engine-->Intake Manifold group. Part number is shown as 111-010-00-91.

In alldatadiy.com, the PCV shows up as part of the Emissions Control sy stem, but no procedures for R & R (for either the PCV or the Intake Manifold). Between here and Benzworld there are several questions on location and various mentions that it should be changed but not really an answer on the method. So...

I have a new PCV or check valve. There is really not much of an oil film on my MAF, no CEL, no DTC's, and no indication of oil in the intake but at 115,000 miles i'd like to do it as a preventive job. Looks like the R & R on the intake is pretty straight forward--remove what's above it, a few bolts and i'm in. Book time is like 3.4 hours, so i'm guessing i'll need more like 5 or 6. Here's the questions...

Parts--What will i need in addition to the PCV valve? Intake manifold gasket for sure, any other gaskets? What about tubing, size and how much of it? Anything else make a lot of sense to do "while i'm in there"? Parts are at least 2 days away and this is my DD so i'd rather have a few extra items than miss something.
Labor--Any tricks to this?? Something not directly related that i can do to make the job smoother? Necessary to remove the drive belt? Does the throttle body need to come all the way off?

Any input would be appreciated. When i do this (and it might be a few months) i'll try to get the job documented for all. It'll give my son something to photograph. Thanks.
