1998 W140 S320 Oil in coolant reservior
After getting my car from the shop to fix an electrical problem the service center informed me that they found oil in the coolant reservior.
I sucked out the reservior and refilled with clean antifreeze. On a 60 mile run you can clearly see the oil build up again. Blown head Gasket? Or should I check something else first. BTW, there is no coolant of foam in the oil when checked at the dip stick. Thanks in advance.

if you have a water cooled oil cooler, look there first. they burst internally and allow oil-60-80 psi, into the cooling system-15-18 psi. good luck, chuck.

Have you checked where you park it, after moving it back away to see if any coolant is visible on the pavement? Hope it's nothing major going on!

I've heard the M104 needs head gasket around 225 k miles.I'm running poly gycol antifreeze to hopefully pervent this from happening.EG coolant is outdated.
