C230 clock loses time

I've got a 2000 C230, recently in to have the O2 sensor replaced. Ever since then, the clock seems to intermittently lose time. No CEL. Any ideas where the fault could be?

And speaking of the instrument cluster, was driving along the highway this afternoon when all of the needles started intermittently flickering down to zero and the warning lights started flashing. Is this a cluster problem or a loose connector? Car seems drivable, but I wonder what parts of the networks run through the cluster?
