rotor cleaning pads?????

I was looking on the WIS for mercedes about replacing the brakes on my S320, and it mentioned in one section that if rotors are badly corroded, you could use a brake rotor cleaning pad to clean the rotors...
According to the instructions, you could do the fronts one side at a time, and the rears both at the same time if the fronts were in... Once you put the cleaning pad in, you drive about 30 km/h for a few hundred feet with the brakes somewhat applied... And check, and repeat till the rust is gone...
Does anyone know where such pieces of equipment are available??

If the brake discs get that bad... have them turned!

MB required them at dealer, used once! no benefit to use them ever again.
