2004 E320 Service Indicator

The Service Indicator display (FSS) is telling me that "Service G" is exceeded by 10 days. I have been given multiple suggestions on how to reset the service indicator but with NO success. My E320 has 59,7xx miles on it. What is the secret formula?? Thanks....
