1993 190E has worn reverse disk. I've been told that the condition is common and that the fix is rather simple. The disks readily accessible they are at the front of transmission. May be called a K3 pak. Most difficult part of job is pulling the transmission.

Does anyone know of someone in the Washington D.C. area who might be interested in doing the job?

Maybe a mechanic who has been layed-off and who could use some work? If so or if there are other suggestions please reply.
