04 E320 SBC system making different noise

This all started with a lot of static on my AM stations. Two Forum members correctly suggested that I probably had exposed wires on one or more of the brake pad wear sensors. Upon inspection by my local shop I needed new rear pads and rotors but to keep everything balanced I decided to replace all rotors and pads front and back also new sensors all around. The system was flushed and new fluid used. The SBC system was disabled while the work was done for safety. The brakes feel fine, there are no messages on the dash screen but the SBC system is making some different sounds than it did before. My question is: Since my local shop does not have MB diagonisis capability should I take the car to the local MB dealer and have them reset the SBC or will it reset itself over time?
Thanks, Desert
