Alarm 95 E320
 

Hello
Engine won't turn when you turn the key buzzer sounds from under the steering wheel. Blinking light goes off when I unlock the doors and on when you lock.Is this alarm related or something else. Any thoughts. Car is 95 E320 176000mi

Is it a factory security system or after market? Do you have a remote to lock and unlock the doors?

It's factory no remote just key.

Might be neutral safety switch or might be #5 fuse. Do a search, both are common faults.

there ya go... take the battey negative out for 15 mins, put it back in, check fuse #5 and fuse C and you should be on your way till you repair or disable the damned thing

It was fuse #5. I was looking the fuses wrong was checking fuse "E" yesterday thinking it was #5. Its freezing here in Wisconsin.
