Battery Drain 1994 c220
Battery is new, Alternator charging.
Drive for about 25 miles and the battery is dead. car stops. Help!

I thought so also but the mechanic said the alternator is good.

I had a alternator to drain battery,something in the alt.Make sure your using genuine Bosch Rebuilds.I did not and I've gone thru 2 alts,in 3 months and 2 starters in two weeks in my S.Getting me a Bosch
