Mercedes m103 vs m104

hello

i have a 87 mod w126 300se. i now have got a hold on a 93 mod m104 300 complete engine, as i have read they both share the same block but thas just about it. i wondred if i could fit the m104 in my car with the ignition system thats allready in the car? or do i have to change the whole wiring system in my car before the engine eventually will start?

thanks for answeres and sorry for my bad english
