How do you get into steering column?

Well
 

Section 54-2800 "R+R combination switch".

CAUTION/WARNING/ALERT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You will be "Effing Around" (Screwing With) the SRS System "Airbag"
MAKE DAMN SURE you've disabled the Capacitors that Store ALL the energy that
CAUSE that EXPLOSIVE DEVICE to "FIRE" !

1. Disconnect the Battery (Negative Pole First)
2. UN-Plug the RED 10 Pole Plug underneath the Passenger Side front footwell
to disable the SRS system.
3.If you've ANY Question as to whether or not you KNOW what you're Doing...
DON'T !
Seek Professional Advice!!!
A Broken Neck caused by an Accidental SRS discharge tends to attract Undertakers,Like Blood does Sharks!

How to get the Damn Wheel Off.

Important!

That "Bolt" that holds the Wheel onto the Steering Shaft is a Witch !(to get Loose) 'Have a 1/2 Inch 18" breaker bar available.
DO Not Re-use that Bolt. Get a NEW one.
Make SURE you MARK the Wheel's "Receiver" fitting in relationship to the Splined Steering Shaft,Before removing the Bolt!!!!!
(If you're "Off" by even one spline,the Wheel WILL NOT BE STRAIGHT.)
