Unhappy There Is Something Missing?????????

On my 124.030 with the 103.983 eng ,The X92 8 pole diagnostic connector only has sockets at locations
1=ground
6=SRS
7=a/c
all others are blank! the manual shows 3=CIS-E CFI. 3 is the one I wanted to look at with my LED code reader because the car is running like crap except warm at highway speeds.
Is it normal for this car to be missing these other systems? The way I am reading the manual for the 124 88 is the first year that should have this system??? date of manufacture is 05/88 (happy birthday) car.
Am I to use the 9 pole X11 pins 2+3 to read lambda values only?
So X92 only has 3 out of 8 holes filled and one of them is a ground

You are of course looking at the round diagnostic socket near the EZL with the cover?

There is another diagnostic socket - rectangular in shape you might be looking at in error.

I think later models or cali-only models got those additional pins. CIS-E diagnostic is typically done though X11/3 using duty cycle as Ivanerrol pointed out.

Oh yes I do know about the X11 connector for the lambda duty cycle .It is on the left side by the strut tower above the EZL.
I was just wishing for additional diagnostics from the X92 8 pole connector on the right side of the car near the battery.
The duty cycle looks good and it fluctuates ,so it is working when I ck the voltage at pins 2+3 at the X11.
So maybe an ignition problem or one hell of a vacum leak
