W126 sun shade gear

Log shot and I bet I know the answer. My rear shade, once broke, worked well. Its broke again. The nylon cord is fine. I even have another new one just in case.

I took apart the gear assembly and found the issue. The composite gear is toast. Some teach broke off and the stress caused others to fail. This made a section toothless. The worm gear simply can not grab.

Anyone know if the gears are available separate or if there is a replacement source out there? These car do not exist in yards around here. And finding one with a shade would be hard enough.

Oh, I did think of having one made, but with the curved teeth it would be hard to do I would think.
