W124 Wiper Assembly stuck

Hey guys I am trying to remove my wiper assembly on my 300TE.

I have all of the bolts removed and it won't come out!! I have the (4) from the left side where the motor is, and the two hidden under the plastic cover and it won't come out I don't get it.

I have my windshield replaced last month, could it glued to it? The assembly moves, but it just won't come out.

Am I missing something here? Any suggestions?

You're on the right track, they get glued all the time. Razor blade around it best you can and be careful not to break the glass.

X2 Be extra careful. I cracked mine trying to get the wiper assembly out, but got the place that glued the wiper in place to replace it for no charge. Hopefully they were more careful with the one that is in there now.

Yeh looks like it was glued down. Just got it off after using a pry bar with a rag wrapped around it. Luckily there is a spot under the windshield to pry on....

Found a big glob of glue right in the center that was holding it down. Danger averted! phew!

Almost at the evaporator now to get her nice and clean
