Does a 1994 e420 have a OVP Relay or. No?? If so: what is the part number?? Thanks All

No, it does not have an OVP like the earlier 6 cylinders.

That car has a "module" in the computer box underhood called the BASE module.
It has several 10A fuses & acts like an overvoltage relay.
