| Caliper attached bolts

I have a leaky caliper on the back of my 300TD and I just got a rear caliper from Fastlane today. I thought it would come with two new attaching bolts since they aren't sold seperately by Fastlane. These are self locking bolts so I don't think I should reuse should I ? What do other people do ? Reuse them with Loctite ? Or, do I need to go to the dealer ? Please help, I was going to do this Saturday !

I pulled my front calipers on my 1992 300ce to replace my discs. Put the old bolts back in, with some good loctite. All is well. I would think its ok to use the original bolts as long as you clean them and use some loctite. Alon

I have always just used the same bolts and "removable" Locktite.

Just done my front discs and re-used the caliper bolts (cleaned them with brake cleaner/methylated spirits and a wire brush, put threadlock on) and so far so good.

My front calipers have a lock plate. A long thin piece of metal with a hole at each end and a tab that gets bent flat against the bolt head to keep it from backing out.
