1997 E420 Brake Rotors

I would like to obtain a CD technical manual for my 1997 E420. Does anyone have a source for these? I would appreciate the information.

I would also like to know if there is a special tool or technique to remove the brake rotors on this car. I did not want to use brute force unless this is the only method. The front rotors seem to be rusted to the hubs.

Did you take the set screw out? If not then...
Have you tried to spry some penetrating lube on them (I like PB Blaster). You may also want to check out the d.i.y at the top of the page for a wright up on a replacement.

On my 1996 E320 (also a W210), after removing the set screw and applying penetrating oil, some gentle pursuasion with a hammer was required to remove the rotor. Thing in terms of enough force to definitely smash a thumb. Then again, I did rush the penetrating oil.

on the rear on my 300D (w123) I had to swing pretty hard to pop the rotor off while a friend turned the other back wheel so I kept the pressure even. IT was stuck though because of minor rust and gunk build up. In theory a light tap would get it off.... in theory
