99 C280 Exhaust

This is the flange between the catalytic converter and the exhaust pipe on the right side behind the front wheel on my daughter's '99 C280, V6, with a little more than 200,000.
The bolts have rusted nearly through.
Can I just remove and replace the bolts without having to replace the converter? And if so, what size bolts do I need and are the flanges threaded?
Thanks! J.

The flanges aren't threaded. You don't need to replace the converter. I get the bolts and nuts from the dealer; I can't recall the size.

Thanks Vince. The local dealer has the bolts in stock. I should be able to knock it out this weekend. Thanks again.
