722.3 transmission slipping

I am experiencing high revs when accelerating and driving. The engine will roar when accelerating and driving. When parked and out of gear I can rev the engine but it does not have the high pitched roar.

This is what has been done so far:
In a previous post I told told you about a main pump failure. It has been replaced.
Replaced B2 valve and K1 and K2 spring assemblies
This past week I had the valve body rebuilt.
New filter, new fluid

The pressures are reading spot on.

Could the torque converter be bad?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Mark

I'm having a problem understanding your problem! The engine is supposed to rev while driving. Are you experiencing late upshifts? You will never get the same noise from an unloaded engine as a loaded.

The most complex systems can fail in the simplest way.

It is more like a high pitched roar. It shifts but with some effort.
