Leaking from Outlet/Hose Nipple under Water Pump

Brand new to the world of MB, so all of this seems greek to me...

1992 190e 2.3

Today as I was adding coolant/trying to bleed the system, coolant started pouring out of what looks like a small nipple where a hose should go on the underside of the water pump. (@ 6 o'clock)

Problem is, I can't find a hose anywhere that would seem to connect to it.

Am I missing a hose?
Is this the wrong water pump?

Or is my pump shot?

Any help appreciated!
