Grams of Grease New Frt Wheel Bearings

I finally got garage space to install new front wheel bearings, rotors and Pads.
As I go through various bits of tech help it says # grams of grease.
How are or do you guys measure yours ? I am starting this in about and hour.

FYI I am using full synthetic wheel bearing grease
