Cruise Control 03 SLK320 with MT

Cruise control will not activate. Car is stock with stock tires. Fuse is OK, rear lights have been replaced. Brake switch, cruise switch ... where to start.

I can understand the car no wanting punished by being put in 'auto pilot'
