Becker Grand Prix 754 Radio

Have this radio in my '87 w124 300TD and replaced both fuses and still dead as a doornail. Thought I could at least get it to show the locked display of "----" but I get nothing.

Is there anything else obvoius to check or should I junk it?

Thanks,

Steve

Pull the radio and check the connections to the unit.

Make sure your console balance pot is working too. Replacing my old one brought me from mono to stereo

Radio getting power but still doesn't work. Replaced 4AT fuse in rear of unit since it was blown. Radio doesn't even light up. Anything left to try?

Bench tested it with 12V portable battery and no signs of life.
