No low beams only high beams

No low beams only high beams

I have no low beams only high beams in my 87 300D I did a research and I could not find any thing. I replaced the on and off switch I did check the bulbs for the head lights and the #14,15 fuses any ideas what else I should check. Does anybody knows where is the ground cable for the headlights
