gtrcrg 1997 SL500 Top problem

I have a 97 SL500 I replaced my right front latch cylinder for the top went right in however now the red switch stays lit and does nothing also rollbar doesn't move now I checked fuses all good can I put up the soft top and latch the back please help

Might be as easy as re-syncing the windows.
