little grease in new lemforder ball joints

I bought a set of new lemforder ball joints for my e320 W210. I decided to remove the boots and see how much grease is in there.

There is only a dab of white grease in there, I mean nothing stuck on the boot - just a slight filling. I hope the ball socket is filled up. I have no idea what this grease is - its very sticky and white color with no odor - hence I am hesistant to add any other lithium based moly grease I have. Would it be a bad idea if I filled it with some CAT desert gold grease that I have or should I just use the valvoline durablend moly grease (already loaded in gun)
