Thumbs up Heads up: Mobil 1 Motor Oil Sale

Posting this again here:
Mobil 1 motor oil is currently on sale at Costco, $10 off a pack of 6 quarts of full synthetic until 7/06/14, limit 3. The weights offered are 5W-20, 5W-30 and 10W-30 but are only available at the store. The price becomes $26.99.

Walmart also has a sale on Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40 synthetic oil for $23.97 a gallon, which is less than $3 off but I was surprised to see they even had it in stock, I was not able to find it anywhere besides online for a couple of years. The turbo diesel synthetic has usually been more expensive than their other synthetics, around $32 a gallon.

That's way too much $ to pay for it.

Many of us stocked-up on it for about $12.00 a gallon in December 2013.

For clarification, that price that SKJ alludes to was probably due to a typo in an Autozone ad. I wouldn't hold my breath for that price to come again soon.

My 1987 300TD wagon was sold and my 2003 W210 E320 wagon was totaled (sheds tear).

Here in SoCal, COSTCO's price is pretty good with the discount but they don't carry 0w40.

My new best friend is WallyMart with everyday price of $25 for 0w40.

And it is a bit of a pain but join Mobil 1 Club for an additional $5 back for every 6 quarts you buy.
