2005 E320 CDI electrical issue
Without provocation, sharp alarm goes off or interior or exterior lights come on and start flashing. Both batteries are good and alternator is good.
Any one else have these sissues and a possible remedy? thanks, kevin |

Appears that the alarm is being triggered. Start checking the switches and locks for issues. Jim

Faulty alarm sirens are a very common cause of unintended activation. If you can get access to an SDS you can quickly check and see what caused the last activation.

Also roll down the windows and lock the car. Then grab each door frame and shake it, if you have a marginal switch you should be able to consistently set it off.
