Lightbulb Try contact cleaner?

Spray contact cleaner/lubricant into switchs. Cheap, fast and easy way to eliminate a common cause of control failiure!

With both console and door switches ineffective, points to motor function unless there is an interdependence between switches that nessecitates both to be operable for the motor to work? If you've gained access to the switches you could swap know good for suspect and see what happens physically removing and replacing apparently "good" fuses as well as cleaning fuse contact points are a safe simple check to do before diving into your door. Good luck!
