w124 94 300ce flashers and signals out
turn sigs were acting up and i had no emergency flashers so i replaced the flasher switch last week and it fixed it.
i'm in the midst of trying to fix a rough idle issue w/ this car, to no avail, and when i brought it home from yet another failed inspection now the flashers and turn signals no longer work. i tried 3 different flasher switches (known to be good) and it didn't fix it. i exchanged the ovp relay in an attempt to corrct the idle issue and have been horking the battery in and out frequently. ovp did not fix the problem. i've searched and found that when the signals don't work and the high beams or washers or temp gauge also don't work the convenience relay is bad. i have a 95 e320 parts car so i swapped them out and it didn't fix it. any help would be appreciated edit: when i started it this morning to take it off the rollback it idled perfectly for about 10 minutes!! i shut it off and started it back up and the stumbling returned within 25 seconds thx g

just in case someone else runs into this, #9 fuse controls the hazard warning system. fuse looked ok but wasn't conducting. changed it out and the flashers are now working
