w210 power seats and power windows

I need some Help I just purchased a 1999 w210 E300 , I had the battery disconnected for a bout 2 days for service . now the power seats do not work correct after reconnecting the battery they work fine but over night the next day they do not . To get the power seats to work again I must disconnect and reconnect the battery.

Prior to service the windows worked now they do no work smooth one has to hold the switch just right and the drivers side sometimes does not work at all. the rear windows work just fine .
