Big RED BRAKE WARNING on Dash
I've got a 2003 E320 and yesterday the dash warning light at the speedo came out in bright red,
BRAKE Stopping distance effected or something like that. Today I changed all 4 brakes sets, front and back and replaced al thee pad sensors. All came from the dealer parts dept here. But the big red brake warning is still on. Will the computer see all is OK in the brake system and turn off the warning after so many miles or will the warning light have to be reset by the dealer or service shop? I trust the Mercedes dealer in town but I don't know the reputation of local shops.
